Comment: By mid-afternoon, she flew left to a closer dune with all of the photographers and bird watchers following at a respectful distance

The next morning spent with this juvenile female Snowy Owl at Little Talbot State Park started out to be overcast as well

Mid-morning the sun broke through the clouds and she moved a bit back offering us a better view

In the early afternoon we got a good look at her powerful legs while she was walking around
