Comment: Final approach into Knoxville, TN.

The Solar Eclipse Timer app helped with time management during the 1 minute 59 seconds of totality.

I made a safety shield for the partial eclipse setup as I have a habit of peaking over the top of the camera when framing an image.

A bit of scrap mat board with a cut out for the lens and a Thousand Oaks Optical solar filter card.

City Park, Lenoir City, TN.

One of the park docks on the banks of the Tennessee River

We found ourselves a nice, shady location to wait out the 3 hours before the eclipse starts.

One camera for the partial eclipse, one for totality and a video camera for the partial.
